Snowboarding for adults and children on Novy Arbat.

A 5.5 meter high slide will open in Moscow. As part of the “Journey to Christmas” holiday festival, it will host open snowboarding lessons for children from seven years old and adults. Classes will be held daily from 11:00 to 20:00. All necessary equipment can be obtained on site. A special children’s snowboard park is organized for kids 3-6 years old. Under the guidance of instructors they will be able to learn basic elements and ride on special figures imitating slides.

During the whole festival professional snowboarders will perform and give master classes on the “adult” slide. On the opening day visitors will see tricks performed by Pavel Kharitonov, silver medalist of the 2013 Russian Championship in halfpipe and silver medalist of the European Cup.

IRONSTAR & WORLD CLASS INDOOR

Where? World Class “Kashirsky”, Moscow

The weather does not make Moscow happy with snow, but winter colds are already being felt. Despite this (and the off-season) IRONSTAR and World Class decided to organize indoor triathlon competitions. Athletes will show themselves in swimming, on the exercise bike and on the treadmill. You can participate alone – in individual competition, or with friends and colleagues – in a relay race of three people. There is no specific distance: the winner is the one who swims, spins and runs the most.

Those who did not have time to register for participation can come and support other athletes or just watch the competition. Fans are required to bring a change of shoes, and to enter the fitness zone you need a tracksuit.
