A pear and pumpkin chicken roll recipe you’ll want to make
An unusual combination of products that will bring variety to the everyday menu.
For those who like poultry, I suggest cooking a tender roll of chicken thigh fillet. This part of the chicken is more juicy than the breast, and with pear and pumpkin it will also become unusually tasty.
Ingredients
- chicken thigh fillet – 2 pcs;
- pear – 1 pc;
- pumpkin – 50 g;
- salt, pepper;
- ground cinnamon
- ground coriander;
- honey – 100 g;
- butter – 50 g.
Preparation
Step 1.
Lay the chicken thigh fillet on a board skin side down, cover with food film and beat gently so that the skin is not torn. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2.
Peel pumpkin and pear, cut into 1 cm cubes, place in a skillet, add honey, cinnamon, coriander, salt on the tip of a knife. Simmer on low heat until the pumpkin is soft.
Step 3.
Place the filling on the middle of the thigh, wrap skin side out into a roll and tie with twine.
Step 4.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Garnish with bulgur or couscous.
