How does a Victoria's Secret model work out?

The load of top model Elsa Hosk does not look harmless at all, but it allows you to pump the whole body.

Elsa Hosk is a Swedish model who has collaborated with many famous fashion houses. From 2011 to 2018 she participated in the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show, and in 2015 she was officially announced as one of the 10 new angels of the brand.

Initially, Elsa wanted to connect her life with sports: she was professionally engaged in basketball, and all offers of modeling agencies answered with a refusal. However, it turned out that it is practically impossible to become a professional basketball player in Sweden – this sport is underdeveloped in the country. Only then Elsa gave in to persuasion and still decided to build a career in modeling.

In July in her Instagram the girl announced that she was going to release a series of videos in which she and her coach Megan Rope would talk about her training and demonstrate exercises. So how does one of Victoria’s Secret’s angels go through vorkouts?

Quick and effective exercises for abs

The first video in this series is dedicated to working out the abs. During the training Elsa and her trainer are working out on special mats. Thanks to the selected exercises for different abdominal muscles, the abs become more drawn, clear and strong. And judging by Elsa’s shape, these are really effective exercises!

“Dancing Arms.”

This may be a short workout, but it’s the most fun. It consists of a series of continuous exercises, during which you need to wave your hands in different ways, as if dancing. According to trainer Megan Rope, these movements help sculpt the arms, make the skin tighter and firmer. In addition, such a workout will help keep your body toned all day long.

Legs and buttocks

The last and longest workout is dedicated to creating perfect legs and thighs. The class is divided into two parts: the first one focuses only on legs and the second one on buttocks. Elsa notes that even though some of the exercises make it hard for her to even stand, she finds them the most effective.

For the fastest and most visible results, Elsa and Megan advise to combine workouts. In the near future, the model plans to release videos with exercises for the back, neck, pectoral muscles, as well as a separate video on stretching.
