Fitness marathons: quick results, but will they last?

Bloggers and trainers are increasingly offering those who want to lose a few extra pounds to take part in fitness marathons. They are paid, but the creators promise – in a fairly short period of time you will achieve stunning results, lose weight by summer and shine on the beaches. Most often weight loss is of interest to girls, but in some marathons offer to participate and men.

A fitness marathon is a kind of sports quest, the purpose of which is to improve the health of the body and rapid weight loss.
