Before you start any massage manipulations with your face, you need to apply a massage product. A gel, serum or cream will do. It is best to use something that you are confident in and that you are used to using every day. This will help avoid unpleasant surprises in the form of rashes. For the same reason you should avoid oils – as a rule, they clog pores and, consequently, provoke inflammation.
Warm up the chosen product in the palms of your hands, then pat it onto the area to be worked on.
Exercise 1
The first movement: two fingers are fixed under the corner of the eye and circular movements move them from the inner corner to the outer corner.
