Recipe for healthy and delicious muffins

Dessert is suitable for those who watch the figure and try to limit the amount of sweets.

Agree, it is not so easy not to be tempted to eat something very tasty, but at the same time megacaloric, fatty and unhealthy. Especially when trying to eat right or lose weight. How to be? Patience and suppress the desire to eat sweet? But why, if you can make your own dessert or baked goods that will not harm your figure?

Why add refined harmful sugar when you can replace it with honey? Or wheat flour when there is rice and oat flour? We share a recipe for delicious banana muffins.

You will need:

  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • banana – 1 piece;
  • honey – 2 tsp;
  • rice flour – 80 g;
  • cacao powder – 2 tsp;
  • leavening agent – 10 g;
  • berries – for decoration.

Lightly beat eggs with a whisk. Mashed potato the banana and add to the eggs. Beat until homogeneous. Then add honey and stir again. Sift all the dry ingredients and add to the liquid mass, stir until homogeneous.

Pour the dough into molds. This amount of ingredients makes 12 cupcakes. We send them to an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

After the muffins are baked, take out of the oven, cool, decorate with berries and serve. Done!
