How to make home workouts a habit?

Olga: The habit is developed after 21 days of continuous repetition of the action. It doesn’t matter if it’s exercise, a glass of water in the morning, brushing your teeth, a cup of coffee with classical music, or playing sports. You may not realize when the change happens, when it finally becomes a habit. I would like to point out that as soon as you stop exercising, you will immediately want to resume. Without sport, you will feel bad, sleep, mood will be worse, and all because the body does not get what gives it a release of hormones, a charge of vigor.

So regular and effective training at home – it is quite possible. It is only necessary to approach the issue with intelligence and knowledge. And now you have this knowledge.
