Big interview with triathlete Ilya Slepov

We are glad to share with you once again the #226questions show, a joint project of “Championship” and IRONSTAR, the leading organizer of triathlon starts in Russia. This time we talked to the famous triathlete, Russian champion, founder of Runlab and winner of everything Ilya Slepov.

Ilya’s path in triathlon is a story of how one can go from competing without his own equipment and 97th place at the World Championships to the elite status. During the interview Slepov talks about awareness, failed starts, achieving an ambitious goal at the World Championships in South Africa and why it’s important to do everything for fun.
