It’s hard to believe that the ageless beauty Cindy Crawford recently turned 54. The former supermodel still radiates vitality, pleases fans with an incredible figure and gladly shares the secrets of eternal youth.
“It was not easy for me to accept aging, frightened by the very thought that soon I will be 50. For a long time I was a 20-year-old model on the cover of Vogue, and then suddenly my daughter turns 20. But I don’t want to go through my sixth decade trying to get back to my 30-year-old self, although I would like my skin and waistline to stay the same,” Crawford said a few years ago.
Cindy’s beauty secrets are quite simple, and she proves by her example that exercise, proper nutrition and relaxation can work wonders. Regular exercise
Crawford has never been a fan of gyms, and even the famous video lessons her personal instructor developed specifically to make it more interesting for the girl to work out. “I like yoga and running, but old-school techniques work better for me, such as the ones that my trainer Radu developed for me and that we showed in my video lessons. Now I have a new trainer that I work out with at home three times a week. He makes me do push-ups, squats, pull weights.”

In order not to get bored, the model tries to add variety to her activities. For example, she puts headphones in her ears, turns on music and runs up and down the stairs that go from her house to the beach for half an hour. Crawford does not imagine life without green tea. According to her, it has a positive effect on well-being, and in the morning the body literally begs for a cup of her favorite drink. And, of course, Cindy does not do without a full breakfast.

Relaxation
To the best way to relax after an active day Cindy refers meditation and sauna. “I recently learned that you can do family meditation classes at home. I don’t do it every day, but it was very interesting to learn about how it has a positive effect on mood from a scientific point of view. It’s a new way for me to relax when I need to. But my favorite ritual for relaxation is the sauna. You sit there for half an hour with a good book and come out refreshed.”

Cindy lives in sunny California and uses sunscreen all the time. The model calls it a must-have ritual, and at the beach she wears a hat or sits under an umbrella. Crawford spends about ten minutes on makeup. Cindy prefers not to overload the face with unnecessary cosmetics, instead pays more attention to skin care.
The girl sincerely believes that it is never too late to start taking care of the skin. “You have to protect it during the day and restore it in the evening. It’s like working out: you do it once and you don’t see any difference, but if you do it constantly for years, you’ll get results,” says Cindy. She uses her own skin care line.
