Depending on how active it is in the human body, we react to caffeine-containing products in one way or another. That is why some people drink coffee with pleasure and without feeling irritability, nervousness, palpitations, and others after one cup can not calm down until the next morning.

What is useful coffee with lemon?

For people suffering from migraines or low blood pressure, this drink will become not only tonic, but also really useful. The fact is that all the harm of coffee lies in its main component – caffeine. However, the juice that a slice of lemon releases in a cup of coffee reduces the harmful effects of this psychostimulant on the body.

In addition, coffee is also useful for people who have fallen ill with acute respiratory infections. Harmful, it would seem, caffeine, accelerates the heart, which, in turn, begins to accelerate the blood through the vessels, the immune system is strengthened, and the person soon goes on the mend. And citrus fruits are the best helpers in the fight against fever and germs.

Drinking 1-2 cups of coffee with lemon a day, you prolong the life of your cells. It’s all about the antioxidants found in both coffee and lemon. Organic acids, which are abundant in citrus, break down fats in the body, normalize metabolism and dull the feeling of hunger, improve the condition of skin, hair and nails. Vitamin C, which is very rich in lemon, helps to maintain strength, so that any diet is tolerated easily and painlessly.

In addition to all this, Romano is able to improve metabolism, again thanks to caffeine, which makes the stomach secrete more juices.

Anna: Another important point about coffee is that caffeine can increase metabolism by 3-11%! Often this fact is used for a faster process of losing excess weight. In 15-20 minutes drink a cup of coffee, of course, without sugar and milk. But it is very important to know that this technique can bring harm. Especially if there are even the slightest deviations in the work of the cardiovascular system.
Therefore, it is recommended to drink coffee and strong tea (including matcha and even cocoa!) before 16:00 and at least an hour before sports.

Who should refrain from drinking?

First of all, any coffee is forbidden for people suffering from ulcers and gastritis, as it
increases the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. This drink is also not recommended for people suffering from hypertension, however, in the first stage of the disease is allowed to use it only in the first half of the day.

It is surprising what benefits can bring, it would seem, the most ordinary things. However, even if you have no health problems, you should not forget that caffeine is addictive and in very large quantities can make you feel worse.
