What is the usefulness of black cumin oil and can you eat it every day?

Black cumin oil was known in ancient Egypt and was used as a cosmetic agent. The source of this product is raw black cumin seeds. They are processed by cold pressing. This allows the oil to retain its beneficial substances. Then it has a beneficial effect on human health.

The oil contains a large number of unsaturated and saturated acids: Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9, palmitic acid. And also vitamins: A, B, C, D, E, phosphorus, iron, calcium – and 15 amino acids, including essential.

Tamilla: In 2016, Iranian scientists studied the use of black cumin oil in the diet of people with AIT. One group of participants between the ages of 22 and 50 received 2g of the oil daily, while the other group received 2g of placebo for eight weeks. At the beginning of the trial, there were no significant differences between the groups. At the end of the trial, those who took black cumin oil showed significant improvements: weight loss, reduced waist and hip circumference, etc.

In small quantities, the product can be added to salads and mixed with other dressings. Caraway oil is used in porridge, soups and vegetable dishes. Also, black cumin seeds are excellent for desserts, baked goods, main dishes, marinades. But for frying and stewing, such oil is not suitable.

You can buy the seasoning in pharmacies or in grocery stores in the spice departments. Store black cumin should be at room temperature, in a dark place and airtight container, so that it does not lose its flavor and does not absorb other odors. Under such conditions, the seeds will be stored for up to two years.

Black cumin oil, of course, can not cure all diseases. But it has a wide enough range of applications. The main thing is to observe the measure in everything.
