You will need:<\/b><\/p>\n

- broccoli – 500 g;<\/li>\n
- garlic – 1 clove;<\/li>\n
- onion – 1 pc;<\/li>\n
- olive oil – 20 g;<\/li>\n
- lemon – 1\/2 pc;<\/li>\n
- salt – 1\/4 tsp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
First, rinse the broccoli well and cut them into florets. Next, finely chop the onion and garlic. In a skillet add a drop of oil, then onion and garlic. Fry on high heat for three to four minutes, stirring constantly so that the ingredients do not stick. Next, add the cabbage and continue frying for another five minutes. The broccoli will be cooked to al dente, which means “to the tooth” in Italian. Sprinkle liberally with lemon juice, salt and remove from the heat.
