Irena Ponaroshku is a famous TV presenter, journalist and now a popular blogger, traveler, mother, yogi and vegetarian. Someone noticed her recently after she appeared in the studio of “Evening Urgant”, someone with awe read her column in the magazine “OK” for ten years, probably there are those who follow the work of ironic beauty since the moment when she just appeared on MTV.

The TV presenter seriously and for a long time was seriously into yoga, a lot of training and together with her family practicing vegetarianism. Now Irena is actively engaged in sports and takes care of her diet, but the TV presenter admitted that this was not always the case. In childhood, she was not a sporty child and physical education at school was not particularly complaining. At one of the routine medical examinations, the doctor thought that Irena had serious heart problems, although later, the diagnosis was not true, it was a turning point and changed the girl’s attitude to herself and her body. In one of her posts, the TV presenter told about the fact that at the age of 17, her father gave her a season ticket to a fitness club, and this is where her passion for strength and cardio exercises began.

In addition to the usual classes in the gym, Irena likes to ride a bicycle. She often talks about how bicycling makes her happy.

In 2011, Irena had a son – Serafim. The boy takes an example from his parents and is engaged in sports. He actively trains together with his mother from an early age.

Irena and her husband share the philosophy of vegetarians. The TV presenter herself is a lacto-vegetarian, she does not eat meat, fish, but consumes dairy products and wears leather things, although in general she tries to buy things from ethical materials.

The whole family sleeps at a certain temperature: +18 degrees Celsius. After it became a habit, Irena admitted that all family members stopped getting sick.

Irena has no real estate in Thailand, but she really likes the infrastructure and the lifestyle of the Thais. The TV presenter has been traveling there in the winter months for almost 10 years, by her own admission, in Thailand there is absolutely everything you need: parties, children and nannies, yoga teachers and even a manicurist.

The presenter’s son also likes Thai, Seraphim looks forward to the New Year holidays every year. First, because of the gifts, but also because of the upcoming trip to Thailand. Irena says that the boy feels like a fish in water there, literally and figuratively.

In addition to Tai, Irena Ponaroshku goes to Bali. There she not only rests, but also actively trains and does yoga.

Now the TV presenter is actively engaged in yoga, although the love for asanas did not come immediately. Previously, she thought that yoga was boring, slow and favored strength training. Everything changed after meeting her future husband. The TV presenter started practicing 2-3 times a week and finally realized what yoga is and what it is for.

Irena admits that thanks to yoga she became stronger physically and spiritually. Her son tries to keep up with his mom. Seraphim also likes to do yoga, which was told by the presenter herself in her microblog.
