Her health deteriorated and she realized she had to make a change. She wants to stay healthy for the sake of her son. Adele is focusing on improving her health, treating her body more properly. It wasn’t about losing weight at all, it was just an additional effect after she cut down on alcohol and started eating right. But she is happy with the transformation of her figure as well. She became more confident, began to dress differently and generally looks happier than before,” – quotes an anonymous source of The People.

It can be assumed that the new look helps Adele to cope with the worries in her personal life: a year ago she separated from her husband. The first reports that Adele changed her diet plan and began to train hard, appeared in the summer of 2019. She had been working out before, but the exercise machines made her homesick. “Mostly I just lurch, working out doesn’t give me pleasure,” she revealed in 2016. But even then, the star was ready to do a lot for the sake of her son: she reduced her sugar intake, quit smoking. “I loved smoking, but if I were to die of a smoking-related illness, it would break my son’s heart. Not cool at all.”

Adele did lose a bit of weight over the previous years, because in 2008 she was a real lush! But apparently only took things seriously in 2019, and now her total weight loss has already reached 40 kilos.

“I don’t think she really enjoys working out, but she’s changed her lifestyle. She works out, but 90% of her weight loss is dieting to help her lose weight. The first week was especially stressful, when you have to drink green juices and consume only 1,000 calories a day. Now she doesn’t look thin, she looks great!” – says Adele’s former trainer Camila Gudis.

In addition to eating right, Adele began to work out hard. She met Gudis a couple of years ago in Los Angeles, when she was working out with Robin Williams’ wife and best friend Ayda. The girl got hooked on the classes and gradually got involved.

“When she first came to the workout, I didn’t know who she was. It was only later that I thought she looked like Adele. She has completely changed her lifestyle,” says Camila.

Adele avoids gyms, preferring to work out at home. Rumor has it that she has the help of famous trainers: Joe Weeks and Dalton Wong. The first one is famous for his 15-minute workouts and for the fact that during the epidemic he conducts daily online classes for everyone on YouTube. Dalton, on the other hand, works out with another of Adele’s friends, Jennifer Lawrence. “Adele has been secretly working out with these two trainers. She has made impressive progress in the last six months and it can’t be overlooked,” Cosmopolitain quoted a source as saying.

US Weekly reports that Adele trains for an hour three times a week. Classes include cardio, circuit training and Pilates. In addition, the girl likes to pull dumbbells. “She’s picked a program that works for her and she’s enjoying working out more and more,” the source reports.
