This is one of the few workouts that you can only do in the gym, unless you have a kettlebell, barbell and crossover at home. Together with professional powerlifter Maria Egorova you will perform a challenging training to pump all muscle groups. It will not take you much time.
Not everyone can cope with this complex. It includes three supersets and one independent exercise. The first superset consists of squats and inclines with weights, then there is a combination of squat and barbell press up. The next superset consists of triceps and biceps crossovers. And, finally, the final and, it must be said, extremely difficult exercise – pumping the abs with a roller.
The workout is very dynamic, so you will have to work hard. And do not forget to follow all the instructions of the trainer. Quickly turn on the video and start training!
