The footballer’s training consists of 10 exercises divided into five sets. There are two in each block, and they are combined with each other. This is a certain difficulty: as a rule, both exercises are quite difficult and energy-consuming, which does not allow the muscles to relax.

Set 1

Bench press: 3 approaches for 10-12 times.
Squats: 3 approaches for 12 times.

Set 2

Bench press: 3 approaches for 10-12 times.
Walking and lunges with a barbell: 3 approaches for 10-12 times.

Already after these two blocks, the guy has little strength left. Despite the fact that the blogger obviously looks after himself and regularly trains. But this is just the beginning.

Set 3

Aimed at arms and pectoral muscles.

Dumbbell swings over the chest: 3 approaches for 10-12 times. Dumbbells on outstretched arms should be brought together and separated at chest level.

Pulling on the cable: 3 approaches for 10-12 times. For this exercise you will need an installation with a cable and kettlebells. With impulses you need to lift the weights and smoothly lower them.

Set 4

Leg curls: 3 approaches for 12 times. You will need a weight-block exerciser for quadriceps and thigh biceps.

Tendon flexion: 3 approaches for 12 times. The same machine as in the first block exercise, but you need to engage the tendons.

It is already difficult for the blogger to continue, but he encourages himself with the phrase: “Cristiano did not complain, so we will not.”

Set 5

Aimed at abs.

Lifting the torso with weight: 3 approaches of 12 times. Performed on a training machine – cable in hands, in a kneeling position lower and slowly raise the torso.

Knee lift on the simulator: 3 approaches of 15 times.
