Hi, this is Valeria Barinova, Head of Lifestyle. Today we are launching a big update of the healthy lifestyle section!

The new Lifestyle is a big step forward for us. The section is developing every day and requires a modern approach to healthy lifestyle. The baby boomer generation often saw going to the gym as a way to spend free time and relax. But for us, fitness is part of our lifestyle, taking care of our bodies and our health. And even if you try to avoid new trends, are far from Ayurvedic practices, and from the useful in your refrigerator only water – do not hurry to conclude that ZOJ is not about you. You’ll be surprised how versatile it is.

We at Lifestyle talk about ordinary people with irrepressible energy, and sometimes even laziness, which beats the key. And about those who want to be beautiful and athletic, and about those whose plans today are to watch a TV show with their favorite sweets at their side. Because they’re often the same people.
