Smoothies. An energy boost in one glass.

For many people, the biggest problem when transitioning to proper nutrition is snacking. We are used to snacking on the run and in most cases with fast carbohydrates. In our selection we have gathered for you the recipes of three delicious, hearty and incredibly nutritious smoothies from the brand-chef Vitamin & Smoothie Bar Macadamia, which will help to satisfy hunger and energize the body.

“Pink.”

Effect: a light and energizing snack.

You will need:
1 banana
1 pear
1 kiwi
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Interesting fact:

Juice mix and smoothies are very often confused. Smoothies are natural or frozen fruits and vegetables that are blended in a blender. Smoothies contain fiber that is nutritious and necessary for the body, direct-pressed juices do not.

“Red Detox

Effect: quick cleansing of the body.

You will need:
1 boiled beet
1 cucumber
1 apple
200 ml of orange juice
1 spoonful of honey if desired

Interesting fact:

Fruits or vegetables for smoothies should be ripe. Because only a ripe product will give the right flavors when blended.

“Cherry.”

Effect: a delicious and nutritious snack.

You will need:
1 banana
3 dates
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries (cherries)
1/2 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk

Interesting fact:

In addition to fruits and vegetables, you can add so-called superfoods to smoothies: spirulina, maca, almond flour, chia, mint and soy milk.
