Rolls with red fish
Você precisará de:
- lightly salted red fish – 150 g;
- cottage cheese – 120 g;
- a bunch of greens;
- cucumber (long) – 1 pc.
Cut the red fish into small cubes. Chop the greens. Mix fish, greens and cottage cheese in a separate container. Cut the cucumber into long, thin strips with a vegetable peeler. Place the cucumber on a board and put the filling on the edge. Wrap into a roll. On top you can decorate the rolls with greens.
Lydia: A great snack option, which has a lot of protein, healthy fats and fiber. It will give a feeling of satiety, along with getting rid of heaviness and other consequences of overeating.
Christmas duck
Duck is an essential part of the Christmas table for many. The dish may be non-diet, but if you adhere to a proper diet, you can afford to enjoy something “forbidden” for the holiday.
Você precisará de:
- apples – 2 pcs;
- duck – 700-800 g;
- sauerkraut or fresh cabbage – 300 g;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Take a container for baking. Put cabbage on the bottom. Wash the duck, smear with spices to taste. Cut apples into small cubes and put them around the bird and on it. Put it in an oven heated to 170 degrees Celsius. Every 20 minutes water the duck with the juice, which was released by apples, cabbage and chicken.
Cook for about 40-50 minutes. You can check readiness by making small incisions.
Lydia: My favorite combination is duck with sauerkraut. Animal fats are essential to the body, and when combined with the acid found in apples and sauerkraut, the protein is well digested. The probiotics and prebiotics of sauerkraut will be a great food for the gut.
