Many people think that posture is a straight back, but when you try to stretch upwards, it starts to hurt and fatigue you even more. The first exercise will teach you how to straighten up properly for the benefit of your back and strengthen the muscles that support your spine.
Slouching is another problem that hundreds of people face. However, it can be difficult to retrain yourself, because the brain perceives the habitual position as comfortable and safe. At the same time, the harm of a curled body position is obvious. In the second exercise we will work with the mobility of the thoracic region, it will help to reduce slouching.
The third movement combats a common problem of our time – the forward head. Because of the amount of time we spend in front of a computer or smartphone, our neck is slowly but surely changing shape. Exercise will help to restore the correct position of the head.
