Barre is a popular movement that emerged in the middle of the last century in Germany and has already gained worldwide recognition. It is a mix of ballet exercises at the barre, yoga, Pilates and stretching.

Training takes place when working with your own weight, so you only need a support and additional equipment to perform them.
