Elements from gymnastics often attract the eyes, so and want to repeat them. But not everyone can do them right away. One of these elements is a wheel. Probably everyone tried to do it when they were at school. Some succeeded the first time, and some never reached their goal. If now you still want to learn how to do this element, below you will find step-by-step instructions.

First you need to strengthen your arm muscles, so do the simplest and all-time favorite (or unloved) exercises for this part of the body. But remember that from one workout the effect will not be! You need to exercise regularly.
Push-ups from the floor
Tehnică
- Stand in a plank position on straight arms.
- Lower the body down, bending the arms at the elbows to an angle of 90 degrees. Try to lower your chest as low as possible.
- Return to the starting position.
- If it is difficult to perform push-ups from a lying position, try to do this exercise from the knees.
Do 10-15 repetitions. Each day try to increase the number of push-ups.
Plank

- Stand in a supine position. Legs and body form one straight line. The palms of your hands are strictly under your shoulders.
- Hold in this position.
Stand in the plank should not be less than 30 seconds. With each day, increase the time of execution.
Forward bends
To do the wheel beautifully, you will need a good stretch.
Tehnică
- Stand up straight, spread your legs wide.
- Perform a forward bend with a straight body, touching the floor with your fingertips.
- Perform the second bend, touching the floor with the whole palm.
- When it is easy to do this, bend to the floor with your elbows.
Straight arm stand
It will help you to develop balance and not to lose your balance.
Tehnică
- Stand against the wall. If you feel confident, you can stand facing, if not so confident – with your back.
- Place your hands on the floor and alternately put your feet on the wall. Make sure your arms are straight.
- Only your feet touch the wall, hold this position for a few seconds.
- Then alternately lower one leg to the floor first one and then the other.
Repeat 3-4 times.

Mill

- Place your palms on the floor. Spread your legs wide.
- Jump with your feet first to one side and then to the other, pushing off differently depending on the side. Keep your pelvis and back in line.
- Gradually straighten your legs.
Wheel
Tehnică
- Stand up straight. Hands in front of you, left hand turned inward, both hands pulled towards you.
- Take a step with your left foot, place your hands on the floor, pushing off with your right foot in parallel.
- As you go through the wheel, place your right foot on the floor and then your left foot and pull your hands away.
- Repeat several times for each side.
The wheel just takes a little bit of practice and courage. Sooner or later it will conquer you, and then you can master other elements. The main thing is to believe in yourself.
