How to prepare healthy okroshka on kefir

Preparation will take no more than five minutes.

Okroshka is one of the traditional soups, which is consumed in cold form. That is why it is most often prepared in the summer period: it satiates well and at the same time cools down. Of course, the traditional recipe for okroshka can not be called so useful: it is customary to add boiled and smoked sausage, boiled potatoes, mayonnaise or sour cream with mustard. And all this is filled with either fat kefir or kvass.

But almost any traditional recipe can be adapted to your taste preferences. I tell you how to cook a PP-variant of okroshka.

You will need (for two servings):

  • cucumber – 2 pcs;
  • radish – 4 pcs;
  • egg – 2 pcs;
  • dill – 20 g;
  • skim kefir – 500 ml;
  • salt – 1/2 tsp.

Prepare all the ingredients: radish and cucumber cut into thin strips. Separate the whites from the yolks and cut the same way. Finely chop dill. The resulting mass a little salt and stir. Pour cold kefir and serve. To taste you can add green onions, green sour apple and young garlic.
