How did an American woman lose 33 kg without restrictions?

The girl decided to change after learning that she has prediabetes. But she coped without severe restrictions.

Daisy Wright, born in the state of Kansas, blew up social networks with an incredible transformation. Two years ago, she weighed 91 kg and did not believe that such weight can be dropped. But after the girl was diagnosed with prediabetes, she reconsidered her attitude to nutrition and lifestyle. The secret of her diet is simple – you need to listen to your body.

The desire to change

According to Daisy, she never looked like her peers. She had a large physique, and from this appeared complexes. The older she got, the more she was discouraged by the numbers on the scale. After her daughter was born, she felt how much the extra weight made life difficult.

“I couldn’t take my daughter to the zoo because it was physically impossible for me to walk for such a long period of time. My legs were constantly aching and I was short of breath,” Daisy shares. That’s when she decided to make a doctor’s appointment and was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. “I knew it was time to change my lifestyle for the better. Not just for myself, but for my daughter and family,” the girl recalls.

Intuitive eating

Daisy Wright did not stick to a specific diet. She created her own weight loss plan, according to which, in addition to exercise, she began to listen to her own body.

“I don’t limit food groups. And focus on nourishing my body and mind!” – claims the girl. Wright prefers not to eat until hunger awakens. At every meal, she puts her phone aside and pays special attention to her food. “I started eating in moderation without pushing myself to the point of over-saturation,” Daisy shares. She never forces herself to finish a portion.

Helping others

Now in “instagram” Daisy’s number of subscribers has exceeded 21 thousand. She daily shares her experience and helps those who are struggling with excess weight. In her blog you can find useful tips and workouts.

“Life is hard, but you are stronger. Become who you want to see yourself as. Stop looking for excuses. Change. And it will change your life,” believes Daisy Wright, never stopping working on herself.
