No extra calories: 5 recipes for PP cookies

Variants of cooking cookies are countless. But most of them – on wheat flour, with sugar and other additives that can harm the figure. We have collected such recipes that you can cook and eat with pleasure, without worrying about extra calories.

Oatmeal cookies without sugar

You will need:

  • oat flakes – 150 g;
  • any flour – 100 g;
  • leavening agent – 1 tsp;
  • honey (liquid) – 100 g;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
  • pinch of vanillin;
  • cinnamon as desired;
  • chopped nuts, raisins to taste.

In a bowl mix oats, sifted flour, baking powder, vanillin and cinnamon. In another bowl combine honey, egg and oil. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Add raisins and nuts as desired and mix thoroughly.

With wet hands, form cookies and place on a baking tray lined with parchment. Lightly press the future cookies. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until browned.

Cookies without gluten, sugar and dairy products

You will need:

  • peanut flour -175 g;
  • rice flour – 145 g;
  • tapioca starch – 60 g;
  • sweetener – 45 g;
  • pinch of salt;
  • nuts (optional) -10 g;
  • coconut oil -30 g;
  • urbeche or coconut/peanut paste – 55 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.

Knead the dough by mixing all the ingredients and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Then roll it out and cut out cookies. You can use any shape you have. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees and another 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Sugar-free chocolate cookies with nut paste

You will need:

  • egg – 1 pc;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • sugar-free dark chocolate – 40 g;
  • rice flour – 60 g;
  • vanilla extract – 1 tsp;
  • sugar substitute to taste;
  • pinch of salt;
  • leavening agent – 1/2 tsp;
  • sugar-free chocolate drops (optional);
  • nut paste for the filling.

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt until stiff and frothy, add the sweetener and vanilla extract. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, cool and add to the egg, mix well. Add the flour and baking powder, also mix and last of all add the chocolate “drops”. Send the dough to the refrigerator for half an hour.

Take it out, take a small piece and put the nut paste in the middle (if you have it liquid, put it in the fridge for a while). Bake at 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Curd PP cookies with filling

You will need:

  • cottage cheese in a briquette – 200 g;
  • rice flour – 150 g;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • sugar substitute to taste;
  • leavening agent – 1/2 tsp;
  • peanut paste – 50 g.

Put the peanut paste on the foil half a teaspoon at a time and send it to the freezer. Mix eggs with cottage cheese and melted butter. Add sugar substitute, leavening agent to the flour and mix with the cottage cheese part. Knead the dough and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. Then form it into small circles. Inside each one we put a hardened ball of peanut filling and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Fitness cookies

You will need:

  • large sweet apple – 1 pc;
  • long-cooked hercules – 60 g;
  • coconut or other PP-flour – 30 g;
  • seeds, seeds, nuts to taste – ~30 g.

Grate the apple and then puree it in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and form cookies. Place on a silicone mat and send to the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
