Nike Training Club

NTC is one of the most popular sports apps in the world. The program contains more than 60 comprehensive classes developed by professional athletes. Each session is accompanied by a video that shows how to perform the exercises correctly. In parallel, voice commands are played, and you can also connect your own music from the media library.

In total, NTC contains about 100 exercises, most of which affect several muscle groups at once. Exercises are based on an interval system and take 15, 30 or 45 minutes. The app is designed mainly for home or outdoor use, so most of the complexes do not require special equipment.

7 Minute Workout

The main idea of the app is that if you devote at least a few minutes a day to simple exercises, it will give much more noticeable results than vain attempts to force yourself to go to the gym. The basis of the program is a workout from the New York Times Magazine.

The principle of the program is very simple: you start the application, hear a whistle and for 7 minutes repeat the movements depicted in the pictures. For each of them is given 30 seconds, between approaches – a 15-second interval. The beginning and end of the exercise are indicated by beeps.

LifeSum

LifeSum is one of the best calorie counting apps. After launching the program, you fill out a profile with basic information that allows the app to determine the daily energy value of food. The time it will take to reach each goal is automatically calculated as well.

You can add the foods you eat to the list yourself or search for them in the library. The program shows you the most recent meals you have eaten and highlights your favorites. You can add foods that are not already on the list and specify their energy value using the “Create new” option. The diary shows the ratio of calories consumed to calories burned, so you’ll quickly realize how much extra energy remains in your body and is stored as fat.

PumpUP

PumpUP is a program for fans of strength training and team sports. The audience of the application is impressive: the number of PumpUP users has already passed the 5 million mark. It is a network that unites sports fans and allows them to share their results. PumpUP also offers activity diaries, workout scripts and social media integrations. The app has simple animated videos with clear exercise instructions.
