Omelette is one of the most common breakfast dishes. To cook it, you do not need to have extraordinary culinary skills.
Regular consumption of this dish strengthens the heart, speeds up metabolism, gives energy to the body. Calorie and nutritional content of the omelet can be adjusted independently. For example, add tomatoes and cheese to it or serve it ready-made with lightly salted red fish, avocado or any greens: arugula, spinach, green salad. All these products will make the omelet not only more delicious, but also more nourishing.
Calories can also be reduced: make an omelet from only proteins, and instead of a frying pan use a steamer.
Usually a small amount of milk is added to the omelet. But if you are lactose intolerant, you can replace it with coconut milk. This will give a twist to the flavor.
Budete potrebovať:
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- milk – 20 ml;
- vegetable oil – 10 g;
- soľ - podľa chuti.
Break eggs into a bowl. Add milk and salt. Whisk thoroughly so that all the protein is dispersed. Heat a non-stick frying pan. Pour in a little oil, then pour in the egg mixture. Fry under a lid on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Serve with your favorite foods: for example, fish, vegetables and greens. Done!
