In the rainy fall you want something warming and tasty. We suggest preparing a healthy lentil puree soup, which will warm you up, give you a feeling of fullness and will not harm your figure!

Budete potrebovať:

  • lentils – 500 gr;
  • cibuľa - 1 ks;
  • potatoes – 1 pcs;
  • mrkva - 1 ks;
  • tomato paste – 1 teaspoon;
  • turmeric;
  • paprika;
  • soľ;
  • zira.
