How often do we make a promise to ourselves to start doing something on Monday and how often do those plans come true? Imagine that the day has arrived. It doesn’t matter if it’s Monday or Tuesday, the first of the month or the middle of the month. You no longer have an excuse or an opportunity to postpone your inner and outer transformation. Four heroes of our special project dared to take this difficult step together with you. During the month we will follow how physical activity and proper nutrition change a person from the inside. We will keep you informed about every step, tell you how to pass a fitness test correctly, show you real nutrition plans, prove that everyone who has willpower can get in shape, and budget and time have nothing to do with it.

My goal: family and work occupy almost all the free time I have now, so I am not ready to spend a lot of time in the gym and it is important for me to make each training session as effective as possible. Besides, I have been playing soccer regularly all my life: 3-4 times a week and recently I started to feel lack of physical fitness, and old injuries often remind me of themselves. So if we talk about my goal for the project, I would like to improve the quality of my body, my physical condition and emphasize the workout of individual areas.

If before going to the gym for training I can hardly get ready and hardly put off my business, and before I take a rapier in my hands for the first time and try to learn fencing I fly out of the house in five minutes, then the conclusion is self-evident.
