If you sit for most of the day, start your walks small. If you’re too lazy to go out alone, invite a friend or take a pet with you – they’ll keep you busy.

Physical activity is very useful for health. Regular exercise will give you a fit body and tempered character, as they say, a healthy body – a healthy spirit.
