“I experimented a lot, tried dozens of different diets. Probably the most stupid way is to boil some horribly unflavored celery soup with tomatoes and eat it for a few days hoping to lose 8 kg in a week. In my case, this attempt ended with the fact that after a few days I couldn’t get out of bed and go to work. This became the last straw, the boundary, having overcome which I began to study healthy eating and even completed the courses of the fitness academy.”
