The first month of fall is behind us, and soon it will become problematic and uncomfortable for many people to exercise outdoors. However, this doesn’t mean that you have to give up all activity and be content only with TV series and home evenings. We have collected interesting options for energetic weekends and more – no matter what the weather is like outside.

Aerodynamic tube

If the question of what superpower you’d like to have immediately brings to mind Superman, this attraction is designed especially for you. You will even be given an almost superhero costume – it will help to reduce air resistance. And a special tube will help you soar upwards. You should not worry, even if it is your first flight: during the whole time in the tube there will be an instructor who will tell you what to do and how to do it correctly.

Water park

Indoor water parks are like a piece of a resort right in the middle of the city. If you want to have a nice time with your friends or family, water rides are the perfect solution. The pools and slides give you plenty of choice of activities, and after a busy day you can relax in the spa area.

Bowling

If you – suddenly – have never played bowling, it’s time to finally try it. At first glance, this sport does not seem so active. In fact, you can spend about 273 kcal in an hour of play. In addition, it is a great option for a joint vacation with friends.

But even if you come to the trampoline center to relax, your body will still thank you: jumping strengthens different parts of the body, including legs, hips, arms and abdomen. You’ll also improve your sense of balance and become more agile.

Also in trampoline centers, such as Nebe, you can train with an instructor and conquer the climbing wall.

Since the weather can be especially rainy and unpleasant in the fall, it is worth paying attention to “indoor” types of activities that can be engaged in indoors. However, don’t be disheartened – winter and a new sports season are ahead!
