- fresh-frozen green beans: 150 g;
- white fish fillet (pikeperch, pilengas): 150 г;
- garlic: 1 clove;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- lemon: 1 slice;
- butter: 15 g;
- thyme: 2 sprigs;
- olive oil: 20 ml;
- cherry tomato: 3 pcs.
Príprava
Krok 1.
Salt and pepper the fish fillets, put one branch of thyme on top.
Krok 2.
Put the fish skin side down in a multicooker, steam for seven to nine minutes.
Krok 3.
Two minutes before readiness, put butter on the fish.
Krok 4.
Cherries washed and cut in half, and crush the garlic with a knife.
Krok 5.
Fry the pre-thawed beans with the garlic, cherry tomatoes and thyme in olive oil for about five minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: it is better to crush the garlic with a knife. This way it releases its juice, which gives the dish a special flavor.
Krok 6.
Place the beans on a plate and top with the fish skin-side up. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice.
