Budete potrebovať:

  • fresh arugula – 1 bundle;
  • chicken breast (fillet) – 300 g;
  • small tomatoes – 2 pcs;
  • citrónová šťava - 1 polievková lyžica;
  • olivový olej - 1 polievková lyžica;
  • soľ a korenie podľa chuti.

Rinse the arugula, dry and lay out on a large flat dish. Cook the chicken meat on medium heat for 15 minutes after boiling. Then shred with a knife and place on top. Cut tomatoes into circles and also lay them out randomly. Salt and pepper. Make dressing: mix lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl. Add to the salad, mix thoroughly – the dish is ready!
