In the first days of the new year, many people want to relax and lie in front of the TV: watch your favorite movie or have a marathon of series. At such a time it is easy to lose track of what you eat and overdo it with chips, popcorn and other unhealthy things. To avoid gaining extra pounds, it is better to prepare snacks for the movie yourself.

Proper nutrition for me is a full, conscious and balanced diet. It should be without deficiencies, without garbage and without harm. The human body is an endless cascade of biochemical reactions, and in order for all of them to run smoothly, we need the intake of all the components that we can get primarily from food.

- eggs – 4 pcs;
- rice flour – 2 tablespoons;
- lightly salted red fish – 150 g;
- cottage cheese – 80 g;
- avocado – 1/2 piece (can be replaced by cucumber).
Beat eggs with flour. Pour a thin layer of egg mixture on the frying pan. Fry on one side on low heat. You get about three pancakes. On them put cottage cheese, thinly sliced avocado and fish. Roll up and cut into small pieces.

I also suggest adding greens: spinach, cilantro or whatever you like.
Sandwiches with cottage cheese

Trim the edges of the bread, roll it out. Cut into three strips and roll into small horns. We send it to the preheated oven for four minutes. Then fill with cheese and add a small piece of salmon or a little caviar.

Sandwiches “Tiger cubs”

- herring – 130 g;
- jajca - 2 kosa;
- carrots – 2 pcs;
- butter – 40 g;
- processed cheese – 1-2 tbsp;
- green onions – 1 bundle;
- black olives;
- gray or white baguette.
Cut the baguette into thin slices. Boil eggs and carrots. Chop the green onions finely. Cut black olives into thin slices. In a blender bowl put the fish, eggs, half of the carrots, soft butter and melted cheese. Beat until homogeneous, fluffy mass. Pour in the green onions and mix.
Spread the resulting fish pate on the baguette slices. Top with the remaining carrots grated on a fine grater. Decorate with olives in the form of a tiger coat. Done!
Lydia: Herring is an excellent source of protein, it also contains a lot of phosphorus, iodine, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, zinc, fluorine. Just 100 g of fish contains up to half of the daily allowance of protein. But herring should be used carefully, as this product is salty. It should not be carried away by people with high blood pressure, edema, kidney disease. Processed cheese is not the best product for a healthy diet. It contains a large percentage of sodium. This component has a bad effect on the heart, can cause an increase in blood pressure.
