What useful properties do radishes have?
Spring spoils with fresh vegetables, juicy fruits and fragrant greens. Among the variety of seasonal products, juicy radishes are often found. This valuable root vegetable deserves a place on your table. It is rich in vegetable fiber, water, essential oils and vitamins.
If you add radishes to a balanced diet, you will not be afraid of avitaminosis, because the vegetable is rich in vitamins, important micro- and macronutrients:
- B vitamins – improve intestinal function, support emotional health;
- vitamin PP – reduces the risk of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, ensures the normal function of the gastrointestinal tract, improves the work of the pancreas and liver;
- potassium – helps maintain water balance, improves blood pressure, normalizes blood sugar levels. Spring salads from radishes are rich in potassium and sulfur, and therefore will protect against hair loss and help in the treatment of dandruff;

- red radish – 3-4 pcs;
- fresh red beets – 1 piece;
- fresh cilantro – a small bundle;
- juice of half a lime (lemon juice can be substituted);
- olive oil;
- pink salt.
Peel radishes and beets and grate them on a grater (better for Korean carrots, to get a straw). Finely chop the greens. Mix the ingredients, salt, dress with lime juice and oil. Done!
