How to achieve defined cheekbones and a beautiful face oval

5 exercises for defined cheekbones

A radical approach is not always right. You can do without expensive salon procedures.

For many people, a clear facial oval and sharp cheekbones are not only a sign of beauty, but also of youth. But what to do in this case, the owners of chubby cheeks? To resort to surgery – the idea is at least expensive. In addition, not everyone is ready to take such drastic measures.

Maria Fadeeva, the first self-massage facial trainer in Russia, shared her personal top 5 exercises for tight cheekbones and told how to make them clearer with the help of home exercises.

Exercise 1

We start with warming up. To prepare your face for the following exercises, warm up the desired area with your hands for about 10-15 seconds.

Exercise 2

Then form “hooks” from fingers and place them at the base of the zygomatic bone. With a strong pressure, we use our hands from the base to the temples. Repeat 10 times.

Exercise 3

Next, we place two palms at the bottom of the facial oval and, pressing strongly, with circular movements bring them to the zygomatic bone. The chain is simple: take the initial position – run your hands to the zygomatic bone – fix it. Repeat 10 times.

Exercise 4

Now put the bones of the fingers exactly under the zygomatic bone and, pressing hard, hold for about 10 seconds. Then release. After again hold in this position for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

Exercise 5

Put the palm of one hand on one side, the palm of the second hand – on the other side, forming a triangle. With a strong pressure spread the hands to the temple. Then lower them along the ear and withdraw them downwards. Repeat 10 times.

Important! The main thing – before carrying out self-massage do not forget to thoroughly warm up the face. Start with 10 repetitions, over time you can increase their number to 15-20.

This massage can be performed anywhere and at any time. And if you do it regularly, you will notice progress in a few weeks: your cheekbones will become much more expressive and clear.
