How to cook PP kebab and other healthy meals in nature

It would seem that the coming picnic season threatens to undo all your efforts in the gym. But that’s not the case. Let’s reveal the secret that shish kebab can safely be called a healthy food. Choose lean meat

For those who care about the figure, chicken, turkey or veal is ideal. In 100 grams of chicken – 165 calories, in turkey – 84, in beef – 90. That is, on a skewer (200-250 grams) will be about 160 to 400 calories. And this is not much at all.

A great alternative is fish kebab. For it, choose fillets of tuna, pink salmon, sturgeon, crucian carp or carp. Look out for less fatty and larger versions, so it will be easier to pound on a skewer or put on a grill. In terms of energy value, a portion of tuna kebab will come out to about 250 calories.
