• do not neglect thermal underwear. It is designed to wick moisture away from the body and provide optimal thermoregulation;
• provide an insulating layer. For example, a fleece sweatshirt or pants that retain the heat generated by our body;
• outerwear should be comfortable in both size and material. It is important that the pants and jacket (or overalls) protect from changing weather conditions and do not constrain movements.

Equipment for the slope is constantly evolving and changing quite rapidly. In the past, winter sports fans wore sheepskin coats and heavy fur hats, and women skied in skirts and hats decorated with colorful ribbons and feathers.
