Sestavine
- butter – 40 g;
- egg – 5 pcs;
- 9% cottage cheese – 200 g;
- cane sugar – 20 g;
- dough leavener – 5 g;
- raisins – 60 g;
- liquid vanilla – 4 drops;
- flour – 150 g;
- white chocolate – 100 g;
- confectionery sprinkles.
Priprava
- Melt butter.
- Add eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, baking powder, raisins, vanilla and flour.
- Mix thoroughly and pour the mixture into a mold.
- Send to a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
- Give the baked kulich a chance to cool down a bit.
