The trapezius muscle is located in the back of the neck and upper back. It helps us to function on a daily basis, to perform actions that are familiar to us. For example, it allows movement of the shoulders, neck, and back. Today, together with fitness trainer Nadezhda Akhmetova, we will tell and show you how to work this muscle.

To perform the workout, you will need dumbbells, an incline bench and a lower block. Four exercises are waiting for you: arm raises with dumbbells on the abdomen, arm raises in front of you, chest raises and pulling the lower block to the waist. All of them are performed in 2-3 approaches of 15-20 repetitions. Don’t forget to stretch before training to protect yourself from injuries. Turn on the video and follow the trainer’s instructions.
