Northern Capital Half Marathon

Registration is open for the half marathon, which will be held on August 5 in St. Petersburg. The route runs through the very center of the city: participants will run along Nevsky Prospekt, see Palace Square, Kazan Cathedral, Mikhailovsky Castle, Peter and Paul Fortress, St. Isaac’s Cathedral and other sights. Luzhniki Half Marathon

Another 21 km race will be held in Moscow on August 26. Registration is available, so you can safely mark the race in your plans for the summer. The start and finish line will be at the Luzhniki Stadium, and the route passes by the Kremlin. Participants will run along the picturesque embankments of the capital. Fitness Championship “Big Cup”

From August 17 to 19 in the Moscow ice palace “Park of Legends” and the complex “Lata Trek” will be held large-scale competitions, where the strongest crossfit athletes not only from Russia, but also from Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan will fight. The spectators will see a cycling race, as well as competitions in the fields of gymnastics and weightlifting.

IRONSTAR 2018: triathlon-start from the ship

For the first time Moscow will host a unique triathlon competition IRONSTAR CROCUSFITNESS 1/8 TRIATHLON 2018 on open water. Participants will have to overcome: 500 m swimming + 22 km cycling + 5 km running. Both beginners and experienced athletes can take part in the race. In the final 50 best athletes will compete.

The swimming stage will be held in the water area of the Pavshinskaya floodplain of the Moskva River, swimming in which is allowed by Rospotrebnadzor. The start will be given by the system of rolling start from a motor ship – as at the competitions on the Bosphorus. Drafting is allowed on the cycling stage. Cycling and running routes are laid out on the vast territory of Crocus City.

Race for digital specialists

On August 19 in Izmailovsky Park will be held Runit race, organized specifically for those who work in the digital sphere: IT, PPC, SEO, SMM-managers. Both beginners and experienced runners can take part in the event: you can choose a distance of 3 km, 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km or try your hand at the 3 x 5 km relay race. Children can also take part in the race. The distances of 300 and 600 meters are announced for them.

Cycling across Russia

To travel the whole Russia on a bicycle? Yes! On July 24 in Moscow started the most large-scale bicycle race – Red Bull Trans Siberian Extreme. It will end only on August 17 in Vladivostok.
