And it really happened – after the birth of her first child. But more than ten years ago she decided to change her appearance abruptly, and in six months Polina was unrecognizable. How did she manage it? In her 33, the artist looks stunning.
How the singer got rid of 40 kg in six months?
For Gagarina, the decision to change her lifestyle and appearance was a real test. After all, it was impossible to get rid of dozens of extra kilograms at the beckoning of a magic wand or simply at will. Pauline’s will turned out to be incredibly strong.
The singer stayed on a mono-diet for quite a long time, much longer than the nine days recommended by doctors. The essence of the diet is to adhere to a three-day diet. The first day – only boiled rice, the second – boiled chicken breast, the third – vegetables, which can be eaten raw or steamed.
The artist completely gave up all caloric products, and also tried to drink as much clean water as possible. Plus daily classes choreography and fencing allowed her to move a lot. In six months Gagarina lost 40 kg. She became 48 kg and now she maintains this weight. For 11 years!

Polina even posted a set of exercises, which she called her favorite, and gave recommendations for its implementation.
Training consists of three exercises: squats with a step to the side, jumping jacks with a turn and “swallow”. Each of them should be performed for 30 to 45 seconds and 3 to 5 approaches. Rest between them should not exceed a minute. Then the effect of performance will be felt.
However, Gagarina does a variety of exercises, it all depends on the mood. Her other complex consists of running on a track, squats on a hemisphere, plank with pulling knees to the chest and “fight with the shadow”. And at the end of the class – again plank and running.
The singer jokes that she replaces cardio workouts with snow removal from the plot near the house, and strength training with weights – carrying her daughter Mia in her arms. The artist does not shy away from swimming, basketball, long bike rides, scooter rides and various stretching exercises. Which, it must be said, she has a great.

Now Polina does not sit on a strict diet constantly. The singer simply moved to a harmonious diet. As repeatedly told Gagarina in interviews, she tries to eat often, but in small portions, necessarily monitors the presence of seafood and vegetables in the menu, tends to limit the use of fried and smoked dishes, as well as sweets.
But sometimes the artist allows herself anything. For example, burgers, French fries or chips. According to Gagarina, so the body realizes that it is not limited in anything, and does not make fat reserves. And if suddenly weight gain still happens, you can also apply kefir diet. By the way, Pauline refused the rule not to eat after 18:00, but it does not prevent her.
