Super breakfast: what cover girls eat at the start of the day

Breakfast is the main meal of the day, nutritionists say. The first meal should energize you with vitamins, vitamins and good mood. Also, a nutritious breakfast will help to avoid overeating during the day. Many supermodels have long adhered to this principle. We tell you what the girls who conquer the world’s catwalks eat for breakfast.

Heidi Klum

German supermodel Heidi Klum has been following David Kirsch’s “New York Diet” for many years. Breakfast is a mandatory part of this diet program. Hollywood fitness trainer advises not to load the stomach before going to bed, but be sure to eat densely in the morning.

You can start the day with a nutritious protein meal, fresh fruits, vegetables and green tea. It contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, so it’s a great energizer and also boosts your metabolism.

“I like a variety of breakfasts. It can be scrambled eggs with spinach, onions and parsley, or smoothies with superfoods, or just oatmeal with coffee. Monotony is boring, so I try to update my diet from day to day. The only inviolable rule is a glass of warm water on an empty stomach,” Heidi Klum shared her preferences in an interview with Women’s Health magazine.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley also starts the day by replenishing her water balance. In the morning she drinks at least a liter of water. The model eats according to the system of interval fasting 14/10, and the first meal is at 8:00. It usually consists of fresh vegetable salads, juices and lean protein.

“Breakfast is very important, it sets me up for the new day. I follow a healthy diet, so in the morning I usually eat boiled eggs or an omelet with spinach, sprouts with toast and almost always drink green juice,” Rosey told Harper’s Bazaar.

The model’s favorite morning drink is matcha latte on soy milk. It energizes, boosts metabolism and increases immunity.

Miranda Kerr

Miranda Kerr often spoils herself and her son with healthy pancakes for breakfast. They are prepared without adding flour and sugar, just from oatmeal, banana and two eggs. The model also likes to make fresh smoothies and matcha tea in the mornings.

“My day starts with a glass of hot water with lemon – it stimulates the digestive system. Afterward, I usually drink a smoothie of kale, spinach, cucumber and celery, and then eat eggs and avocado or oatmeal. If I have time, I might make quinoa,” Kerr noted in an interview.

Miranda even has her own brand of natural supplements called Kora Organics. The company also produces ready-made matcha mixes.

Emily Ratakowski

In her 29, the model does not adhere to a strict diet and sometimes allows herself to eat something tasty, but not too healthy for the figure – for example, muffins or croissants. For breakfast she prefers coffee and sweet pastries.

“Every morning I go to Blacktop Coffee and order a Quinamann cookie along with a black coffee for breakfast. It’s important to give yourself indulgences, but also to think about what goes into the products, what exactly you’re eating,” says Ratakowski.

A kouing-amann is a French puff pastry with a crispy caramel crust. It doesn’t look much like a model’s breakfast, but it probably puts you in a great mood first thing in the morning.

Coco Rocha

Canadian model Coco Rocha switched to intuitive eating after the birth of her eldest daughter. She tries to listen to her body’s signals and allows herself everything she really wants without fear of spoiling her figure. For breakfast, the supermodel usually prepares smoothies, vegetable salads and scrambled eggs with toast.

“I think we should eat what will be good now, at a particular moment, for our well-being. I personally love salads with greens, but I also love burgers, I like spaghetti and light smoothies, which are a good way to start your day. One of the most delicious ones, in my opinion, is a banana smoothie. I add yogurt, orange juice, avocado, spinach to the banana. I can also put berries: strawberries, cherries, blueberries”, – shared her favorite recipes Rocha in one of the interviews.

Approaches to nutrition can be different – even supermodels do not have a universal recipe. It is important to stick to a proper and balanced diet, but it is worth listening to your own body and sometimes pamper yourself.
