Shave or shorten the beard
Of course, not every man will go to such a step, especially if he has been growing his hair for months or even years. But remember that it is much easier (and more pleasant!) for the master to work with a shaved face or a short beard than with a long one – although such cases do happen.
Choose comfortable clothes
Before going to the studio, it’s best to wear a tank top, as it doesn’t cover the neckline area and its straps can be easily lowered. This is necessary in order to work the neck, shoulders, chest and drive lymph into the axillary sinuses during the massage.
Remove accessories from your hands
