Intense training is accompanied by increased sweating. Therefore, after such activities, it is absolutely necessary to take a shower and wash your hair. If you train often and wash your head every day, there is nothing critical.

The main thing is to choose the right care products: pH-neutral shampoos for daily use with a gentle detergent base. As a rule, such products have a mild cleansing effect, suitable for sensitive scalps, eliminate itching and flaking. But dry shampoo instead of washing the head should not be used often.

Marina: It is undesirable to abuse it, use only situationally. Dry shampoos affect everyone differently and are not suitable for everyone.
