Breakfast is probably the most important meal that helps to start the body, controls “attacks” of hunger during the day, gives a charge of energy and vigor. A complete morning diet consists of whole, unprocessed foods – cereals that contain fiber (oatmeal), complex carbohydrates (fruits, vegetables), protein (scrambled eggs) and dairy products (sugar-free yogurt).
