- turkey mince – 200 g;

- lettuce leaves – 4 sprigs;
- red onion – 1 pc;
- low-fat cheese of any kind – 4 slices;
- sour cream – 50 g;
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp;
- tomato paste – 1 tsp;
