The heat can’t be beat: 5 ideas for healthy ice cream

How do you make PP ice cream?

You can treat yourself to a delicious dessert without harming your figure.

Summer is just around the corner, which means it’s not the time to overindulge in sweets. If you can not do without them and want to indulge yourself, try to make PP ice cream at home. Low-calorie dessert will not only help to cool down in the heat, but will not spoil the figure. We have collected several recipes for delicious and healthy ice cream.

Banana-berry ice cream

You will need:

  • bananas – 2 pcs;
  • milk – 2-6 tbsp;
  • berries (optional) – 30 g;
  • cocoa, nuts, protein – as desired.

Bananas and berries should be pre-frozen, then put all the ingredients in a blender and thoroughly whip. Then pour the resulting mixture into the mold and let freeze. Done!

Vegan coconut ice cream

You will need:

  • banana – 3 pcs;
  • can of coconut milk (19% fat content) – 450 g;
  • coconut shavings – 50 g;
  • cashews – 50 g.

Beat the ingredients in a blender, add the shavings and nuts. Mix thoroughly, pour the mixture into silicone molds and send to the freezer.

Since bananas have a little juice, and coconut cream is quite fatty, this dessert does not look like ice or sherbet, as it happens if you freeze other berries and fruits.

Chocolate ice cream without sugar

You will need:

  • banana – 4 pcs;
  • Greek yogurt – 100 ml;
  • cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. l.

Slice bananas and freeze. Then whip in a blender along with yogurt and cocoa, mix thoroughly.

Protein ice cream

You will need:

  • protein cookies;
  • rice milk – 100 ml;
  • any berries (frozen);
  • banana – 1 pc.

All ingredients are whipped in a blender, pour into special molds and send to the freezer for at least four hours. You can do without molds, for example, use glasses or plates. But in this case, you need to keep the dessert in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Kiwi sherbet

You will need:

  • kiwi – 10 pcs;
  • coconut milk – 400 ml;
  • maple syrup or honey – 2-3 tbsp.

Wash kiwi well with a brush, peel off the skin, coarsely chop the fruit. Then chop the fruit in a food processor or blender, add maple syrup. Then pour in coconut milk and thoroughly mix everything until homogeneous. Place the resulting mixture into molds and send to the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Allow the dessert to thaw a little before serving. You can decorate with mint sprigs, dried raspberries or coconut shavings.
