What to cook tasty and healthy for 100 rubles. 4 recipes from the chef

I prepared several ideas of what to cook for 100 rubles with detailed recipes and the approximate cost of ingredients for an average serving size.

Baked yams

Ingredients

  • one or two sweet potatoes (90 rubles per kg, for two or three pieces – about 45-50 rubles);
  • stuffing – your choice of tomatoes, avocado, toppings if you have them at home, butter, cottage cheese or cottage cheese.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, wash the yams and cut into layers about 0.5 cm thick. Cover a baking tray with parchment, grease with vegetable oil, bake the yams for 15-20 minutes not until completely soft, cool.

Use as a base for canapés or appetizers. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to four days. Reheat before serving.

Kohlrabi (turnip cabbage) salad

Ingredients

  • two medium kohlrabi (about 70-80 rubles);
  • fresh cilantro (50 rubles for 100 g, you’ll need less than 20 g);
  • green onion (20 rubles per 50 g, you will need less than 20 g); – green onion (20 rubles per 50 g, you will need less than 20 g);
  • zest of one lemon (about 27 rubles per piece);
  • any dressing, to taste.

Preparation

Peel the kohlrabi and shred with a knife into thin straws. Cut green onions into thin rings, and chop cilantro.

Cut off the zest from the lemon and cut into a fine straw (it is important that there are no white veins left on it). Mix the ingredients, pepper and salt, mix lemon juice and vegetable oil, dressing.

French fries in the oven

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potatoes or yams (about 90 rubles);
  • 2 tbsp. of heat-resistant vegetable oil;
  • ground spices of your choice
  • salt.

Preparation

Wash the potatoes. If the skin is not rough, you can leave it. Cut it into small bars and put it in a deep bowl. If you pour cold water over the potatoes for an hour or even overnight, they get crispier. Drain and pat dry with a towel. Mix everything well with oil, spices and salt.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, cover a baking tray with parchment and lay out the potato bars in a single layer. There should be space between them.

Bake for about 30 minutes, and after 15 minutes from the start, turn the dish over with a wide spatula for even baking.

The baking time depends on your oven. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with spices.

Goat cheese balls

Ingredients

  • soft goat cheese (about 120-150 rubles per package);
  • herbs – parsley, cilantro;
  • a handful of any seeds (what you have at home – poppy, sesame).

Preparation

Put the cheese in the refrigerator for two to three hours. This will make it easier for you to roll it into balls. Prepare breading (to your taste – herbs, seeds). If it is sesame, brown it on a dry heated pan. Chop the greens.

Keep warm in the cold with these simple recipes for healthy hot soups.
